REPLACING DAMAGED PRODUCT

I purchased a car scratch remove pack (VALUE PACK) from Aeroaids corporation. But the paint in the pack was damaged. When I complaint they asked me to return the item to replace it. They received the item and send an EMAIL on 18/6 showing that they will send a new VALUE PACK and give complementary product for the courier charge. But till date they did not send the item. I send three reminders to them. But no response. please help
