Got cheated by OMR Checkpoint -Tata Motor's Authorized service cente

I'm owning a Indica DLS and it has done with 1, 25, 000kms. 6 months back gave that to OMR Check point which is located at Guindy, Chennai for full Engine works & motor works & AC complaints. They gave the Quote for 1lakh /- 10%. So I thought bill would come around 90-1, 10000/-. But they generated bill for 1, 55, 000/- in which I had some quarrelsome arguments with the in-charge and paid the bill 1.5Lakh and took delivery of my car. "They have claimed that they have changed the A/C Compressor."

I've not satisfied with the overall performance of the Car and Cooling from A/C.

10Days back I got some A/C problem and went to nearby mechanic shop and we found that A/C Compressor is not replaced with new one. They have did some repairing work and billed for the new Compressor. I've totally got frustrated by the OMR Checkpoint cheats.

Requesting you to raise my voice at appropriete level to help me to get the A/C compressor replaced and to took proper disciplinary action against OMR Check point for cheating customers.
