Delivery of Honda Shine bike

Dear Sir,

I have booked a Honda Shine bike with Om Sai Autoworld, Malad (E) on 30/10.

I made a full payment of Rs. 57012 on 30/10 itself.

However I have not received any delivery date of the bike, Whenever I call them up, they say we will get in touch with you. No fix dates, nothing. They don't mention any tentative date. It has been 40 days now after making a full payment, still no updates. Could you please look into this matter?
