Not giving delivery of Honda Activa booked on 14/11 and made full payment on 29/04

Dear sir,

I have booked Honda activa on 14/11 with Om Sai Autoworld, Malad (W) with advance payment of Rs.1000.00 as per their procedure and was informed about delivery of vehicle in 120 days (4 mths). In Month of March 10 i recieved call from them telling delivery will be futher delayed by 1month and will be delivered in april end. In april i recieved call regarding immediate balance payment. I immediately paid balance payment of Rs.48431.00 on 29/04 and was assured of delivry withinn 15/20 days. In mid May i recived call that on 2nd june i will get my vehicle. Accordingly on 2nd june10 just to confirm the time of delivery i called office but surprisingly i was told that even vehicle is not yet allotted to me.

From that date i am continuously making followup almost on alternate dates but uptill now i have not allotted vehicle.

As schools are started i require it on urgent basis.
