I have invested a lot in this SOSN company but since last two months not getting any cheque from them. Everyday when I call to them, either they don't answer and if they do they just say next week u will get in into ur account thru ECS facility.

So what should we do now? Launch a FIR against them?

Also latest news suggest that in Indore their head person has committed suicide.

So alls not well at all, when wud we receive our money back?
