Non reciept of cosignment

My cousin brother booked a consignment from Pune Docket no.- 422744563 on 05-03. I was told that it would reach me on 7th or 8th without fail. I contacted the indore office phone number 2527149 and 2527148. On 9th March i called and a lady replied that it had not reached indore. I called on 10th to be told that it had not reached yet, on asking the reason for delay, I was asked to call mobile number of Pune 09325594005, on calling the number, i was once again told to call 09325008813. On calling the number i was asked to give the name of the lady who had asked me to call Pune office. I told her that it was not possible to know the name of the person receiving the phone everytime. Finally the lady took my mobile number and said that she would call me within half an hour to inform me about the status of my consignment. Next i called the indore office and got the same answer. I kept on waiting but there was no call from either of the offices. Then I called on 11th which did not serve any purpose. I called on 12th at 7.00 PM to be told to call after 15 minutes, when i called after 20 minutes, I was told to call at 7.45 PM. Then i could get somebody to answer the phone at 7.55 PM. I was told that the consignment had not reached indore. On insisting that it was more than 7 days, he took my number and said he would call me within 15 minutes. Once again when i called at 8.30 PM i get an answer that nobody is in the office to give me any information on further insisting he asked me for my address, on mentioning my address, i get a reply that my house is not under his service area. I would have to contact only on Monday ie. 14-03. Who is going to initiate action against negligent and erring courier agencies.
