I am jai kumar from Kanpur. I have send 4.5kg parcel from ondot couriers self office KANPUR to UTHUKULI - 638751 (Erode (Dist), Tamil Nadu). AWB no :-113859854.But not yet that parcel delivered to there and that parcel very important and urgent need send to there. I request you to please take correct action in this complaint.
