Consignment not delivered to the Consignee

The consignee (Lifeline Hospital, Adoor) lodged a complaint and blocked our payment against stating the consignment addressed to Lifeline Hospital, Adoor wide AWB No : 244299449 was not delivered. This matter hasbeen discussed and lodged a complaint with your ON DOT Trivandrum (collection point), Adoor

(delivery point) and Cochin ON DOT Zonal office. But the response from all these agencies are highly indifference and irresponsible. The consignment was containing Lab consumables (Cuvettes for Roche equipment and worth of Rs 56, 000/-. If we are not fed with the details of what happened to the consignment,

we shall be forced to approach the Consumer Court for the recovery equivalent to damage cost to us materially, physically and mentally.
