IPL 4 Ticket Delivery

I had booked two tickets through the ticketgenie site for the IPL matach between RCB and KKR on 14/5 at Bangalore. The order number is 360733 and the transaction number is 33977. I had taken the courier option for the tickets to be delivered home. I was waiting for the tickets and did not receive the same till 13th morning. I sent a mail to ticketgenie and also checked the website of AFL. To my pleasant surprise, I found that it was mentioned as the tickets were already delivered at my residence on 9/5 and handed over to Mr. Venkatraman. When I checked it was found that Venkatraman was my house security. He has signed the courier sheet also. I checked my entire house and checked with my security person and could not find the ticket till late evening.

The cover sent by ticketgenie was marked in my name and my mobile number was also given on the cover. This courier company never called me to check if they can handover the ticket to my security. They did not have my permission and authorization to handover the cover to my security. In that event they must have kept the tickets in their office for me to collect the tickets from their office. On the contrary, I have reasons to believe that this courier companies delivery boy took the signature from my security and either never handed over the ticket to him or handed over some other cover not containing the tickets and he pocketed the tickets. As the tickets are being sent by ticketgenie in a green cover known to every AFL courier person and he has played a very clever trick on my secuirty person. My security person is not an english literate to understand what cover was given to him and he has been misled.

The match is this afternoon and what am I supposed to do on the same to get my tickets and what legal action can I initiate on the same?
