Hello,

This is my life's most pathetic experience with AFL Fedex couriers. I have received a call on November 28 regarding a despatch from Delhi. Its been more than 5 days I have'nt heard any updated from these buggers.

I have tried to contact all the possible desks but in vain with no satisfying result. Just like every bloody Indian customer service desk, every one tried to escape by transfering the responsibility on others shoulders.

I have been calling Asl Fedex hyderabad at 040-64639705. Most of the time, the phone goes busy and when the bell rings, no one answer. Luckily, once I got connected over the phone and the staff working at the desk is in no mood to help me out.

I request the authorities concerned at AFL Fedex to treat the customer with utmost importance. Otherwise the brand Fedex image will be tarnished.
