this is raju kapoor
my car met with an accident car no HR-51-AJ 8730 TATA MANZA and i was contacted by tata dealer trans automobiles mathura road, badarpur, faridabad
they took my car from my house and committed that they will take the claim themself and repair the car and hand over the car to me in weeks time as it s a cash less insurance
its almost 25 days now and they are not deleivering the car to me and everyday there owner there staff is giving me new excuses that company is not giving me the parts and all stupic excuses
and now when i started calling them daily to deleiver the car they said that on friday that is 8-4-11 they will hand over the car to me but in evening when i called them to deleiver the car they said first deposit the entire bill amount than only we will deleiver the car to u when i said that its a cashless insurance than they said when we will get the payment from the insurance company than only we will deleiver the car otherwise u make the payment
when i said that i am not liable to pay u as its a cashless insurance than his owner said if u want the car u have to pay or wait for another 3-4 months until we get the payment
there behaviour is ruthless and ridicolous and they are harrasing me a lot and i am sufefring a lot without my car
when i said u didnt discussed this with me when u picked the car the owner said our responsibility is to pick up and not to deleiver tabhi to aap log fasoge hamare pass we will not deleiver the car u have to pick the car urself after making the entire payment
they are harrasing me and i think they have changed the parts also
i would like to request u to plz see in the matter and solve this and whatever i have lost money in these 25 days plz help me to recover from transautomobiles faridabad AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM FOR HARRASING ME
