Oraon Gas Distributor
Non delivery of LPG even after 50 days of booking

Dear Sir,

I am Amit lal Jain from Ranchi Consumer No. OGD11125 of Indian Oil Corporation. I have booked my LPG cylinder on 15th Sept. I have called the distributor (Oraon Gas Distributor) several times regarding delivery of my cylinder and always got the same reply that it will be delivered tomorrow. When I visted their office on 3rd Nov at 9:50 Am the office was closed although the Office timing mentioned there was Morning 9:30 to 1:30. It has been more than 50 days since booking but I have not yet received my LPG cylinder. The Blacking of LPG by the persons distributing the cylinder is very common. I would like to request the concerned authorities to take stringent action against the distribution agency.
