Non Settlement of Breakgae Claim

It's now 76 days I had submitted the claim for the damages of the house hold items by Agarawal Packers and Movers (DRS Group). I had shifted from Pune to New Delhi. I am doing the regular follow up with the company but all the time they do false promises and now 76 days past and the claim is not yet settled.

Please see the trailing mails below. I wrote 19 mails and 50 calls to get this settled from my side but still they are not ready to settle and all the time they gave me excuses of different things.

The damage is of around Rs 15000 but to close the matter and settlement I agreed on Rs 4000 as I do not have time to do the follow up because I am a working professional.
