I have initially rented a car month before I was going to actually get a car. Then I cancelled the reservation because of busy schedule. When I rented a car at that time they did not say anything about not refunding the money. Eventually I cancelled the reservation 20 days before the actual rent day. Now they are not refunding my money.

They agreed to refund 2000 INR instead of 3000 and so far no refund, what should I do to get my refund back?
