Agarwal Mover and Packers
Damage Claim

I had engaged Agarwal Mover and Packer in October to move my household goods from CHennai to Ghaziabad. The truck arrived in November week 1, and there was considerable damage to some of the items. Because I had covered my household items under insurance with Agarwal Mover and Packer, their evaluator came and did an evaluation of 5000/- as claim. this was in week 4 of Novermber'2009. Its been 4 months ever since, and I am yet to receive my cheque. everyday, i am told that the cheque will be delivered in 3 days but those 3 days have been coming since the last 4 months. Is there something that we can do to get this closeD?
