ACCIDENT DAMAGE CLAIM

I have transfered my House Hold on : 24.07.2009 from Hyderabad-Andhra Pradesh to Bharuch-Gujarat.

Unfortunately, during transportation, truck met with an accident & as risk was with transporter, claim accessment done.

After follow up nos of times i got cheque in the mont of August. same deposited to bank but bounced due to un-clear date.

Same i have communicated nos of time for the same, but till date i haven't received claim amount cheque.
