Damaged Goods

Hello,

We had shifted our house hold goods from Bangalore to Gurgaon and has arranged Agarwal Movers & Packers for this. My car bumper was broken and there was scratches all over the car body when it arrived in Gurgaon. Also, 3 of my cartons are still missing. One expensive lamp and few small items were broken. Also, my expensive mp3 player is missing which I think is in the lost cartons. We have been trying to register complaints with them since one month and no one has come to fix my car and find our lost goods and reimburse us for the damaged items. Its a pain to see my new car look so old because of the damage done by their reckless staff and I wish to register a complaint with the consumer court and get a legal notice sent to them.
