No service given till date

I had purchased Zen Estillo Vxi three months before and while booking, the agent and dealer had assured to give free service at the place where I am using the car thats why I had bought the car but now three months have been passed and my car has already passed 10, 000 km I did not got any service though informed quiet a few times to the service centre at Port Blair and now when I personally interacted with them they are asking travelling charge more than 2000 rupees upto my place. That was a an awfull experience and thinking of never recommending Maruti cars to any of my friends and those who are reading this post please do take a written commitment from the dealer whenever they are trying to encourage you to buy a car... My experience was very bad with this company and they are liars and can lie at any extent to sell their car...
