Damage of house hold item

Sir,

I had book transport through Agerwal packers & movers of my house hold item for shifting from Durg to Goa on 23.03.2011 and they promise me to delivery will be given on 27.03.2011. I have also insured my house hold Item through Agerwal Packers & Movers. But they had delivered my item on 30.03.2011 and my Item get Damaged. I claimed against insurance but they did not give me any claim till date now.

Sir, I request you kindly take action against Agerwal Packers & Movers, so that in future this things not repeat with other.
