Fake Company Voileting Trade Mark Rights and Cheating Consumers

Hi I had recently sent my Vehicle through this Aggarwal Goods Shifting Pvt. Ltd. vide their consignment Note no. 34552 dated 10/09 thinking they are of Agarwal Packers and Movers of DRS Group. Not until that me and my wife had received threat call from the contact person Mr. SK Agarwal (mobile no, 9999662254) on enquiring the status of our vehicle delivery that we realised that this is not the original Agarwal Company whose details we checked in the website then. They have claimed extra money for petrol and driver when the contract was for door to door service. They have harrased my old father in Kolkata and have damaged my vehicle WB 02 Q 3998. They have violated all Trade Mark rights of the original company and even mentioned that they are ISO 9001 company to befool customers like us in believing they are brands of great repute whereas they are just cheaters around the corner. Their website is aggarwalmovers.com and the printed address on the consignment note is L-279, Gali no. 9 Ground Floor, Mahipalpur New Delhi -110037.

Request you to kindly take action against such frauds so that they do not thrive under someone elses reputation.
