Unclean Packaged Drinking Wate

I was traveling from Kolkata to Jammu on 16/11 by 3151 Sealdah - Jammu Tawi Express. On the train I bought one Oxyrich Mineral Water bottle from the Pantry Car. When I opened the cap I found several yellow dirty particles underneath the cap that was floating on the water. Though I returned the bottle to the sales person who was incharge from whom I have bought but I think Indian Railway Catering Authority should take much care before selling these type of products to the passengers. This hampers the trust and faith of taking food from the IRCTC Pantry cars.
