Not distributing cylindar even after 20days

Hi

I am ragu, my Gas consumer number 17298. Now a days, bharath gas online service is not working properly, even if we book online for cylinder, it is useless. The dealer namely "Padmavathy gas agency, selayur, chennai" is very worst dealer who always delay in supplying cylinder. I have booked on Nov30. and the reference no. is 4757933 .Till they have not delivered cylinder and if we call to them, they are not giving response properly. Totally 20 days as gone. They are not considering online booking. Then I dont know why Bharath gas has come up with online booking. Is this is to cheat the consumer?

Please take appropriate action to resolve this issue.
