Non-delivery of cooking gas since past 2 months

I have had my last delivery of cylinder on 31st January. Then, this agency did not book my cylinder till 28th February. And since then i have not been given the next delivery of cylinder. When I go at their office, they refuse to give the cylinder, often saying that it will be delivered at home only. Before this also, they have never delivered any cylinder at our house (unlike what they always say). Only after several rounds at their agency office, I have got cylinder from their godown.

This time its too long. They are refusing to give cylinder till now. I have already been to their office nearly 10 times. The cylinder delivery vehicle has come to our area several times. But cylinder hasn't been delivered.

Moreover, the agency people have misbehaved with me, talking very harshly.

Please take some actions against them and ensure that cylinder is delivered at my house as soon as possible.
