Delay in Gas Cylinde

I am LPG consumer with Agnihotri Gas Service, Sec-37, Noida. Firstly, it is kind of imposible to get this agency`s ph. nos. Hence, I had personally booked on 25/03/10 and I was told as usual that the new cylinder would reach within 4-5 days. Its 03/04/10 today, and I havent received it as yet. Two days back, I went there, and the staff said, it would surely reach today, but of no use. Last time also it was a major problem. We had got it written there to please send it early in the morning before 11 as noone is available after that, but they sent it in the evening. Noone was available, hence they sent it after 20 days after so many requests n botherations. Today also I asked the ph. no. of the owner but the staff never provides it. Very bad service.
