I booked a car with Pal Peugeot Ltd by depositing Rs 25, 000.00. The company has notrefunded the booking amount. I had filed a case with MRTP and an award in my favour was passed in 2004. the Company has not refunded the amount despite the MRTP order. Kindly advise.
