Poor Service and unprofessional behaviou

Inspite of the numerous compliants, Agrawal Packers have not even bothered to reply or resolve.

Pl. initiate to resolve it at the earliest.

Hi,

I have sent my household goods from Indore to Agra through your service on 02/01 (G.C. No 4135769). I received a call from your Representative asking regarding your services and so I thought I should share my experience of using Agrawal Packers and Movers services.

I have shifted along with my family from Mumbai to Indore aroung 15 months back and have all the goods purchased during that period only. The only reason I decided to use your services because I have planned to mobilise my new household goods through the best and most professional Packers & Mover but I regret as it turned out to be a complete disaster.

I contacted your person prakash for services through a newpaper advertisement in Dainik Bhaskar at Indore. I have sent my goods on 02/01 from Indore which was supposed to reached within 3 days at Agra but reached only on 9/01 after numerous calls to Prakash, Sunil (Indore) and Sandeep (Agra). This too when I called them on 4/1, I was assured that my goods were dispatched on 3/1 and will reach my place on 4th or 5th. I was told that you have your own godown is at Agra but while making a follow-up, understood from sandeep that your Godown is only at Gurgaon.

On 9th at 8:30 a.m when I received a call from your person or transporter, he said they have reached Agra and I need to pay Rs.500- 1000/- as my place is NO Parking zone (which it wasn't). I call back to Indore people and they reached at my place at around 11 a.m. My goods were unloaded and immediately the vehicle and their people left leaving your lone person Rajesh to take the goods from our building corridor to my house and unpack. There were 5-6 boxes whose packing were completely damaged and were open. He asked me to stay and have a look at the goods so that he can arrange for the localised people to help him. I allowed him only after he takes to opened boxes to my house. He returned with local people and did the unloading. Things happened in such a way that it went till 5 pm and already we were so irritated they we didn't checked or counted the boxes that reached our house.

We haven't unpacked most of the boxes due to this whole scene but found that my there was a damage caused to my Bed, Gas Stove and Steel Tank. We informed the same on the LR. As we started unpacking thing, we found lot more damage been caused to our goods our 4-5 kitchen boxes, 6 glasses been destroyed. My daughter's Baby Car never missing, damage caused to Fridge, Washing Machine. Even some items missing which were packed in Boxes (may have been taken way from the open boxes) which include 1 Bedsheet.

Your person reached our place for inspection on 16.01.2011 and after listening to all these and his peculiar inspection accepted the damaged caused and agreed to pay Rs. 1500/- for the damage caused which was the biggest JOKE ever cracked by anyone.

Why A JOKE :

I have paid an insurance of Rs. 2100/- to secure my goods. Your people would have sent it through local cheap transport (which took 7 days to reach), delayed my goods dispatch, damaged my goods and wants to make sure that you make profit Rs. 600/- out of my insurance amount. This is TERRIBLE PROFESSIONAL METHOD.

The reason to write this mail now is that I wanted to see how you people work and was waiting for the instance where I would have believed that you do the SERVICE to your cuustomers as claimed by you but unable to see it. sorry...

Neither I am writing you this expecting any kind of additional benefits from your end. I always believe in quality but can be rest assured that will never use your services nor endorse it ever in my LIFE.

Hope you will understand My True Purpose of writing this mail.
