Wrong engine & chassis no. in bill

We (me & my father) purchased a i20 car from Ahuja Automobiles Amritsar & Ahuja Automobile given to us a different car bill (engine & chassis no. wasnt same as the vehicle) last month we gave car to the same as dealer for claim of some denting & painting work, when we went for to take the car they said pay the full bill bcoz the engine no is not matching with registeration copy, & we came back without our car plz take some reasonable action for our harrasment car registeration no is PB 46 k 0054
