WRONG DELIVERY OF PANCARD

I Manoj Madhukar Talekar given application for New pancard on 07 may..but still i not receved my pancard, which ics courier by overnite express ltd, and

it shows that deliver to communication address mentioned, to Mr AYYUB vide airway bill no 6605775212,

kindly note that in my family no one is aaaaaAYYUB and Even in my building no one is AYYUB,

now i dont have acknowledgement slip...

please solve this,
