Monthly payment stopped, all the offices are locked, not any telephone nos responding

Dear Sir,

I have invested rs 85000/=in aimlimouzine (india) ltd with assured return of 6055/=PM for three years. They have isued 12 monthly cheqs for the same as initial payment. After payment of 4 cheques they paid two installments in cash because one cheque was dishonoured.

Since payment was not forthcoming I have given letter for refund of balance amt which they have acknowledged by madam Revati at their Dadar office

with their seal. They have acknowledged on xerox copy of my application for refund

with remark "You will receive balance amt after 45 working days".

Now when I tried to contact them on all the available phones, there was no response, Nobody was picking up the phone. So I visited their Dadar office which was closed and notice was displayed out side the office that this premises is no more rented to AIMS LIMOUZINE (INDIA) LTD.Do not make any inquiry. Then I went to Thana Office which is also closed.
