Abusing with custome

Dear respectable sir/madam, with due respectfully i beg to say that i am a legal customer of pankaj gas service. i want to say that i booked my cylinder before 20 days and after that it is not come at a month . so i went to pankaj gas service and asked him that where is my cylinder .so he replied me that you have not booked your cylinder . i am shocked to listen this words and i said him that i booked my cylinder before 20 days .and present time it is not come so far .but he revised same words .and he was using very dirty and abusing language. so i requested to you that please look into this matter and take a proper action in this regard.i shall be greatful you thanking you my personal details; name. ram prakash R/O house no 13 block -m mangol puri delhi -110083. consumer no 18694
