Non refund towards the cancelled flight

Dear Sir,

I have booked Madurai to Chennai flight (PNR - 0M9OH8, Ticket Number 8561002218876, Flight Number - I7458, date of journey - 13th September '10) which was cancelled and i have been communicated about this cancellation on 10th September '10. They also informed me that the refund will be made for the flight ticket within 3 - 5 days.

I tried calling the 24x7 call centre every time, but no response always the number was found busy. With this i have inquired the Madurai office and they told that the refund will be made within 15 days. At the same time i have sent a mail about this matter to the customer care (feedback@paramountairways.com), also no reply from their end.

It is almost 40 days passed, no reply from the airline operator end.

Kindly accept this complaint and help me in getting the refund at the earliest.
