Refund for cancelled flight delayed for more than 2months now

Sir/Mam,

I had booked a ticket on paramount airways for traveling from chennai to madurai on Aug. PNR no: 0M9O10. Flight was cancelled by airlines and i am yet to get the repayment. I had sent many mails and phone calls but there was no response for two months. LAst week, i had been there to their corporate office and enquired about the refund. They confirmed me that i will get my repayment on 25th Oct. But i did not get, siting reason that shortage of funds.

When customers are asking for money what they have paid, where is the question of shortage of fund???
