Dear Sir,
I have booked two tickets on 03.08.2010 from Chennai To Madurai travel date 06.08.2010
Flight no 17405 PNR No: 0M9PUU.
The flight was cancelled by airways and SMS followed by a call on my mobile was received on 05 Aug and I was assured that full payment of Rs.5864.00 will be refunded in 7 working days
But till date the amount is not refunded to our a/c.
Request to to the needful ASAP.
