Complaint against Param Packers & Movers, Mumbai for not delivering my home luggage

Dear Sir,

This is Ajay Jain working in TCS, Mumbai. I just came to US on 1st July on company assignment. Before leaving from Mumbai, I had sent my some home items and luggage through Param Packers & Movers, Mumbai on 29 June. When they came to my Mumbai home to pick up the my luggage, we have finalized the amount (2500 Rs) for 5 boxes for transportation from Mumbai to Gwalior, Mp.

they have picked up all the items and told me that they will deliver the luggage within 10-15 days. But after that I came to USA. After 20-25 days, they didn’t deliver my stuff to my home address in Gwalior. when i had called them and asked about my stuff. they (Manoj) said that they will send it in 5-7 days as they are not able to find truck which is going towards Gwalior side.

But after that every 7 days i did the follow-up with him and he replied the same. After 3 month passed away, He didn’t deliver my stuff yet at my home yet

last week, when i called him to return mu stuff and amount 2500 to my sister's home in Mumbai then he said he is sending my stuff to my home in Gwalior this week. But he is asking more 2500 Rs to deliver at my home in Gwalior. Even still he didn’t deliver my stuff at my home in Gwalior.

i need proper justice from consumer forum. I would not pay more to him and need to receive my luggage as soon as possible at my home. Also I need some reinvestment of amount which i spent on ISD call from USA and wait for 3 month.

Can you please take proper action on him (Manoj). As I am out of India and can’t take any action on him. So I hope, I will get the proper justice and teach them so that they will not do the same to others.
