Not Allowed to Travel - Goa to Sharjah - Passenger was a pregnant lady

Sir/ Madam

Passenger not allowed to travel by Air Arabia Duty officer and Immigration dept of Goa inspite of all the original documents attached.

Air Arabia office refuse to speak to me when I called but only asking money or saying book return ticket as resident visa does not need return ticket

Now who will pay me the coast please see all the attached file

This is to inform you that inspite of me making the Ready to Board arrangement from Dubai to Goa since my wife was travelling she was not allowed to travel as Duty manager And emigration dept was asking 10000 INR and asked her to book return ticket that too when she was carrying a original resident visa along with her then i spoke to air Arabia customer service where he/she told me to speak to Duty Manager in Goa since there were no links in Goa and Sharjah system and duty manager refused to speak to me and was asking for money.

Could you please look into this matter since how can a person travel when he/she has completed all your necessary formalities this is the way you’ll harass a simple person and she was carrying also.

Immigration: Already checked in Dubai Consulate he told me there is no need of ECNR in the passport as this is a resident visa and it is required only for employment and maid’s visa.

Goa immigration was asking for 10000/- INR or return ticket because of this they have return my wife back and now she came from Bombay so rules are difference and Goa this is a routine practice to collect money from the customers to take bribe. And the Duty Manager refused to speak on the phone to now who will pay me the coast explain as to what exactly was needed by him so how can we come to know whether what exactly is required.
