PARAS MOTORS SHOP NO 3 BG-8 CENTRAL MARKET PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI 110063, is using the parking space in front of shop no 1 to 4 exclusively for repairing of cars whole night n day the damaged cars are parked and people visiting the market can not park their cars. they are using local spare parts selling them at triple margin telling the customers that they are genuine and branded and trademarked by a reputed company. Moreover, the labor is untrained without holding any legal authorisation for repairing cars. They are in occupation of MCD property i.e the place which they are using for keeping their waste products and tools etc. The said place is opposite to the upstairs of the market besides shop no 3. Entire market is suffering with their unauthorises car repair service centre. Kindly take necessary action for the same
