Cheating money

I had booked a ticket for malaisia through online on 16.02.11.in first attempt i was tried to pay the ticket amount via my indian overseas bank debit card.my bookinf was unsuccessful and the error message was appeared.thereafter i was tried to pay the amount through credit card and my booking was completed. But unfortunately for very same passenger and for very same date two tickets have been booked because of an error committed by airashia.the booking nos is 1.BCWYTH, 2.DC9WSX.there after i received a mail regarding duplicate booking and i had replied immediately to conforming the duplicate booking and i requested to cancel the duplicate booking and refund of money.but unfortunately no response from airshia.till date they a are not refund my money wantonly.
