Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to track a parcel sent from Vadodara, Gujarat, India to Tzaneen, South Africa on 3rd August and not yet reached its destination.

The reference details for the parcel from Deutsche Post is CP720084352IN.

I would appreciate your help to understand where the parcel is at the moment and when it can be received as it has been more than 4 weeks now that the parcel has not been delivered
