Denial for boarding the flight

We had booked the ticket for mum -kul; kul-bali; bali-kul;kul-mum for 2 persons on 25th November'10 and return was on 5th December'10. The check in counter at the airport denied the boarding because they were asking for malaysian transit visa, as the company did not inform us in advance about the same there was no update made to us not at the time of booking also as we booked it 6 months ago, they took the amount 0f Rs. 55, 000.00/- and cheating us for the same.

please do the need full at the earliest.
