earlier also a complaint was made to you but it went in deaf ear. again with the unexpected hope i am trying the same to raise your eyebrow. Your agency Parul Gas Service since long time is in the habit of denying their real consumer to entertain as he used to sell cylinder into balckmarket. The phone no. of the agency are given bealow, out of which some remains switch off and some are never picked up. They do not comply to provide the cylinder booked from TOMO service as I have booked through TOMO on 15.2.2011vide Book No.521, Source Name-IVR, caller ID-1127619307, Consumer No.25459 but till date no cylinder has been supplied and i have booked 2nd time on 5th March.

Kindly take action immediately against the agency and inform the aggrieved consumer, failing which I may appraoch The court of the law of the land as well as Company Law Board for winding up your company for violation of MRTP
