Non Delivery of Gas

I had booked gas as dated on 18 March but till today 02 April not received the gas cylinder. I had made the phone so many times on 2 April they told me the gas will be released after two or three days. The madam told me so many rest behind us. We request you to want to know how much time will be taken to get the gas cylinder.
