Average down and scratch at left side tank after servicing

I have a hero honda bike Passio Pro silver color purchased from Mahalaxmi Automotives, Baramati before 1 year. I was regulary done all the servicing of my bike, but after last servicing which was 6th at 27-March my bike average get down from 65km/L to 45 km/L and big scratch at left side of fuel tank of bike.

I was regularly complating about this issue to manager but they neglecting. So please take a strict action against this.
