Not giving proper sirvise & spare

Sir,

since last three days my bike (passion pro) was giving problem of gear. sir when they open total engine down they told that near about one month will require to solve the problem of changing the gear . when i told that give me in written they told that if u not have trust in our showroom then u can take the bike in as it is position. sir he is not capable to handle the showroom, because he is total positional. due to this the market of hero hond is dump in our taluka pleas. due to this the crease of other bike is more rather then hero honda. SIR please take a right action to the dealer of SIDDHARTHA MOTORS, CHALISGAON, DIST- JALGAON The owner name is Ashok Chovan.
