Passport
Wrong name and birth address

Dear sir/medam

Im hemant kumar joshi my passport no is J8598625 and file no is DDNA02400411,

sir/mem there is some mistake in my Birth place address and my mother surname

for that i have meet with Passport officer and he told me that we cant help you... when i asking him for recheck my file he neglect me..and told me for applying new passport...

and i know that its a passport officer mistake so is there and low or process to complain it on high level to correct it...

please help me...
