Booking of gas

I was trying to book my gas from last one week on the Pawar gas agency, Sahibabad of HP on the four telephone nos. given by them but the phones are always getting engauged, and when on dated 26th Nov'10 some body picked the phone not given any booking no. Hence, I don't know weather my gas is booked.

I want to know the status, if it is not booked may please be booked and booking no. be given.

We are facing problem of shortage of gas and need it badly. Please help.
