This dealership sucks!! The Asstt. Manager Sanjeev had the wrong attitude right from the start... we were there to enquire regarding a car deal for ourself and 2 of our friends. He didn't seem to be keen on making a sale. What took the cake was his dialouge...'HONDA does not care about customer feedback... and does what they want'. this was in reply to be being incredulously surprised at there being no mud flaps in the entry level HONDA City. Well, I told him that I dont think the CEO of Honda would agree to what he said... I love all HONDA cars... and I always thought they stood for high quality and excellent service, and I fail to understand how they can have someone selling their cars who totally ruins the experience for the customer... and then speaks on behalf of the Company... that the Company too care 2 hoots about the customers opinion... I'm very very disappointed!!!
