Courier not received

Dear Sir,

With due respect I Mr. Kishor wants to let you know that someone has send me one parcel Dt-10/05 through DTDC Courier Service from Pune and is supposed to be delivered by next 2-3 days. When I tracked the details of the courier through the shipment number (Shipment No-P12353411) it shows that the same has been delivered on 12th May'10 to DTDC, Noida Branch, E-21A, Sec-8. Then I called up your helpline number and tried to get the status of courier, Mr. Shiv Tyagi received the phone and used slang languages and made some very irritating things on the phone for which I want your help to take some immediate and strict actions against him and after all this thing I am trying your Noida branch number but they are not responding.

Kindly do the needful ASAP its Urgent.
