Indan gas booking dealy

Sir,

my name is koushik de, address c/o ramesh chandra de, puratan bazar, kharagpur, paschim midnapur, and c on- 7514, local dealer name is "RAMKRISHNA ENTERPRISE" near kharagpur, puratan bazar. Refilling 6 months delay due to my father illness admitted in bnr hospital and my family was their at that time, after coming i was going the for booking the gas. that time dealer office boy says that it was over 6 month can not booking the gas.

Then i fulfill the following correspondence till they are not give me the booking priority.

I am working in private company, i unable to going the gas shop everyday, when i contract in ph they told me not complete the dealer sine in document. one month latter the gas office boy dnt taking any action.

In this position what can i do plz give me the suggestion. & taking necessary action.

now my father and family come back home from hospital. & suffering lots of problem due to empty gas.
