Poor service at petrol station-INDIAN OIL, Begumpet

Sirs,

The service at INDIAN OIL petrol station at Begumpet, Hyderabad, AP.has deteriorated to such a low level, that it is painful. The staff in this station behave as if they are doing the consumer a favour, they look like urchins in their poor attire, (no uniforms), Do not have any respect for the consumer's time as they do not believe in brisk & efficient service, even at the peak office hours, when everyone is in a hurry to reach work. Two wheelers which need 2T oil to be mixed with petrol are asked uncerimoniously to get the oil from a road side tier repair man next to the bunk!!! That is they do not stock oil at all!!!

When we approach the so called Manager, he/She just fails to even take note of our complaints.

The entire Station has a look of over all tardyness. On several days, it has been noticed that the station remains closed even at 10am & will open later in the day.

Why such bad mangement at a station located on one of the arterial roads of Hyderabad?? Indian Oil must take serious note of this Mismanagement & put thing back on trck soon.
