New tyre not work properly after 400 KM

Only 8 month after purchase, a lot of problems in my APE mini truck like to broken engine's bracket, new tyre useless after only 400 kilometers running, we have 3-4 complain about this to company's Ranchi dealer Quality Tractor but no action have taken about my complain.
